Full Throttle never puts on a race without having some kind of big dinner get together on Saturday night, and the Wild Turkey 100 was no different. Club race days bring out more members, some of whom we don't see much except when it's time to go to work, which is kind of backward these days, but that's how these people roll.
Turkey was the order of the day, with Thanksgiving just around the corner, and Jared and Geri Spencer prepped the main course of pit roasted turkey, done to a fall-off-the-bone turn in a hole laboriously dug out of PCW's hard packed ground. Salads, corn on the cob, a variety of stuffings and dressings, and some fantastic desserts rounded out he fare at another great club pot luck.
